These terms cover the use of this website and the services Kummera provides to beauty businesses. By sending an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to them. Questions? Email info@kummera.co.uk.

Who we are

Kummera is a beauty business consultancy based in Milton Keynes, working with clients across the UK. Coaching, social media management, marketing and booking systems are all delivered by Kummera or by suppliers we work with directly.

Enquiries and quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting points, not a final quote. Nothing is agreed until we've spoken, confirmed the scope in writing and you've accepted it. Anything we discuss before that is a conversation, not a contract.

Payment and cancellation

Monthly services are billed in advance on the same date each month. Either of us can end a monthly arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Work that has already been delivered is still payable. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your own client data lawful, and for holding the rights to any photos, logos or text you send us to use. We can't publish content you don't have permission to use.

Our work and ownership

Once a project is paid for, the content, templates and systems we build for you are yours to use in your business. We may show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results and liability

We give advice and do the work we agree to do, but we can't promise a particular number of bookings or followers. Results depend on your business, your market and your own follow-through. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for the service in question.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Changes apply to work agreed after that date.
