Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Kummera collects when you use this website or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email info@kummera.co.uk and we'll explain it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we ask for your name, email address, and optionally your business name and phone number. We also keep the message you write, the service you're interested in, and the date you sent it. Basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit may be recorded by our hosting provider.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, and provide the services you ask for. If you become a client, we use them to run the work, bookings, invoices and project updates. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers that keep the business running: our website host, our email provider and our accounting software. Each one handles data under its own agreement with us. We'll share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records, invoices and booking data are kept for six years, which is what UK tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kummera.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
