Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 2026
We want everyone to be able to read this site and get in touch, whether or not they use assistive technology. This page explains what we've done so far, where we know there are gaps, and how to tell us about a problem.
What we've done
This site follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our target standard. In practice that means:
- Clear heading structure on every page, so screen readers can navigate it
- Text and background colours checked for sufficient contrast
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Keyboard access to links, buttons and the enquiry form
- Labels tied to every form field
- Motion kept minimal, and reduced automatically if your device asks for it
Where we know there are gaps
Some parts of the site rely on services we don't control, including our hosting platform and payment provider, for example. If you hit a barrier in one of those, tell us and we'll help you complete the task directly by email instead.
Telling us about a problem
Email info@kummera.co.uk with the page you were on and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days, and to fix genuine barriers as quickly as we can.
Getting in touch another way
If the enquiry form isn't working for you, email us and we'll take your details that way. Phone calls can be arranged by email, and we're happy to talk through anything on a call rather than in writing.
